Hello! I’m Laura. I am a Registered Dietitian in Corvallis, Oregon; however, I can meet with you from anywhere in the world through Telehealth!
I have been practicing nutrition for over 10 years. I specialize functional nutrition, gut health and healing for issues like IBS, making peace with food through intuitive eating, postpartum nutrition, nutrition for moms, and women’s health.
I have had training for and experience with gut health, eating disorders, health coaching, and I have been a group fitness instructor for over five years.
I would love to help you find your root causes to your digestive issues like IBS and/or find a healthy balance with food. Let’s get your body back to the way it was designed to work! 6 weeks to make your healthy shift! A high touch 1:1 program.
This is a high touch program 1:1 program. You will get all of the support and feedback you need to master your health.
The 6 week package is the best package for those who really want to dive in and make life changes that they can sustain. Let’s move forward in your health for good!
I encourage you to commit to 3 weeks in a row, and then we can move to every other week. Of course, there is flexibility if needed.
This package includes:
- After each session receive individualized feedback for the week- meal ideas, recipes, resources, targeted supplementation if applicable, exercise and other recommendations to help you meet your goals through Practice Better.
- Unlimited portal support- with questions, concerns, clarifications.
- Weekly feedback on food logs and exercise if desired.
- Stool testing, hormone testing, supplementation, and functional labs may be added onto this cost as needed for your optimal health. This is based upon your needs and desires, it is not required.
Initial Session: 60-75 min.
- Review Health history, food logs, forms
- We will find a good starting point together
- Mindset work and discovery your why!
Moving forward you will get support in these areas. The order can change if needed. This program will be built around you are your needs. In general, this is the order and topics we will go over in the rest of our time together.
- Follow up: 30 minutes- Meal building strategies to support your blood sugar and metabolism
- Follow up: 30 minutes- Hunger/fullness/satisfaction
- Follow up: 30 minutes- Movement and metabolism
- Follow up: 30 minutes- Stress/sleep – Nervous system support
- Follow up: 30 minutes- Review goals/mindset/roadblocks
- Final follow up with RDN to determine improved health status, what additional resources of sessions may be needed to arrive at goal.
All appointments can be virtual or by phone call.

12 Sessions high touch 1:1 coaching
This is a high touch program 1:1 program. You will get all of the support and feedback you need to master your health. The 12 week package is the best package for those with health goals that need added time to improve, heal and sustain!
I encourage you to commit to 4 weeks in a row, and then we can move to every other week. Of course, there is flexibility if needed.
This package includes:
- After each session receive individualized feedback for the week- meal ideas, recipes, resources, targeted supplementation if applicable, exercise and other recommendations to help you meet your goals through Practice Better.
- Unlimited portal support- with questions, concerns, clarifications.
- Weekly feedback on food logs and exercise if desired.

GI Map (stool testing)
This is a smaller package designed for those who want to get down to business and get to the root cause of their gut health. I can order a functional gut health testing kit to your home called the GI Map. This test allows us to look at pathogens, infections, inflammation, and your body’s digestive capacity. We will review your results together and then I will provide a personal gut health protocol to get you on your way to healing.
The cost below covers your GI map (~$330) and a 75 minute visit with me.
There is an option to schedule extra appointments to help if desired.

This is a lighter touch program 1:1 program than the 6 or 12 week programs. However, you will get all of the support and feedback you need to master your health.
This package works great for those want guidance but don’t feel the need unlimited support.

Initial Consult
At this appointment I will get to know about you, your health history, and where you are currently. I will review your initial assessment forms prior to this appointment. We will discuss in detail any prominent health information in order for me to help you in the best way possible. At the end of this time we will set helpful health goals together to get you on your way to your health goals.

At this appointment we will check in on your progress from our last session. We will have time to dig into what you want to work on next and what is important to you. At the end of this time we will set helpful health goals together to get you on your way to your health goals.
