Why work with me?
I am a dietitian on a mission to help other women live a life full of energy and joy. I do this through a holistic look at your health and lifestyle. I will help you be the woman (wife, mom, worker, friend) you long to be! When you thrive, you can show up at your fullest potential for all parts of your life.
I am a real life dietitian. I know the nutrition world can be extremely confusing and overwhelming, especially when you are battling your own health issues! I love to research and nerd out on all things health and nutrition. I have over 10 years of nutrition experience including health coaching, women’s health, eating disorders, recipe development, and digestive health. I am happy to help you in your journey to find food freedom and peace in your own body. Let me take a load off of your shoulders, and do it in a way that feels realistic and sustainable for you.
